Foody again

As the results of my poll remain unconclusive I continue to write about food every now and then. This was yesterday's dinner. I had leftovers (yes, I am an leftover-meal-inventor) from the day before in form of three sweet peppers. So I thought, what about burritos with a veggie bean chilli topped with melted chilli cheese. C made a fresh salsa to go with it and believe me it was really tasty.
