since we had spaghetti left overs (I just can't get used to cook for only 2 people) I decided to have a spaghetti salad (temperatures are still in the highes). The recipe is from 'Taste of home' http://www.tasteofhome.com/Recipes/Garden-Spaghetti-Salad with the difference that I used maize from the can and of course no bacon. You could add baked roasted-Tofu, I guess, but since there are beans included there is enough protein there.
